We collect personal data you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, country, company name, and project notes submitted via our contact form, package builder, and checkout. Server logs automatically record IP addresses, browser types, and page access data.
We process personal data under: contractual necessity (service delivery), legitimate interest (inquiry handling), and legal obligation (tax and accounting). Consent is obtained where required by applicable law.
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with Stripe Inc. for payment processing under their Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Language partner translators may receive project content under confidentiality agreement.
