These Terms form a binding agreement between CopywriterGlobal (operating from 50 Route du Plessis, 49410 Mauges-sur-Loire, France, referred to as "we" or "us") and the individual or entity placing an order (referred to as "Client").
CopywriterGlobal provides professional copywriting services including multilingual copy adaptation, B2B proposal copy, cross-cultural campaigns, global website copy, investor relations copy, and international email campaigns. All services are delivered digitally.
Orders are completed via Stripe Checkout. Full payment is required in advance. Prices are in euros (EUR). VAT may apply depending on the Client location and tax status.
Work begins within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of a completed project brief. Clients must submit a brief within 7 business days. Projects without a brief after 30 days may be treated as abandoned.
Global Starter includes 2 revision rounds. Global Pro includes 3 per deliverable. Global Max includes unlimited revisions. Requests must be submitted as consolidated written feedback.
Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all final delivered copy. CopywriterGlobal retains the right to reference the project type in portfolio materials unless a full NDA is in place.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Angers, France.
